APTA partners with Spargo, Inc., the exclusive and official housing bureau for the APTA Combined Sections Meeting, to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for attendees, exhibitors, and contractors.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All room reservations will require an advance non-refundable deposit equal to one (1) night's room and tax. The deposit is applied to each individual room account and will be charged on or after Saturday, January 17, 2026. Deposits are only refundable for cancellations received by 5 p.m. (EST), on January 16, 2026.
