Housing
APTA is committed to providing a high-quality housing experience for its attendees, exhibitors, and contracts through room blocks. Spargo, Inc. is APTA's exclusive and official housing bureau for the APTA Combined Sections Meeting, guaranteeing a seamless booking process.
Housing for APTA Combined Sections Meeting, scheduled for February 13-15, 2025, is now closed. If you have not yet booked a room, you’re welcome to contact any of the hotels listed below directly to inquire.
If you have already booked a room through APTA/SPARGO, Inc., changes and cancellations cannot be made between Saturday, January 18 - Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to the transition of the room block from APTA to the hotels. Beginning Thursday, January 23, 2025, you must call your hotel directly about a change or cancellation. All cancellations made after 5 p.m. on January 17, 2025, will result in a forfeiture of one night's deposit charged to the credit card listed on the reservation.

APTA CSM 2025 will be held Feb. 13-15, 2025 in Houston, Texas at the George R. Brown Convention Center, 1001 Avenida de las Americas.
Airport: Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is located approximately 20.5 miles north of Houston's city center, providing several transportation options to downtown and the George R. Brown Convention Center. Airport information is also available by calling IAH at 281-230-3100.
Rail: Amtrak and the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County offer rail service in and out of the city.
