APTA CSM Know Before You Go Guide
We're looking forward to welcoming you to Anaheim for the APTA Combined Sections Meeting, February 12–14!
Please review the information below to help you prepare for the event. To add tickets or make changes to your registration, visit the CSM Registration Center or contact Spargo, Inc. at 703-239-4822 or by email.
Important registration policies
- The cancellation deadline was January 21, 2026. Cancellations received by that date were eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations after January 21.
- If you are unable to attend in person, your registration may be deferred to APTA CSM On Demand.
- In the event of weather-related flight cancellations, registrations will be deferred to On Demand only (no refunds).

If you requested your name badge to be mailed to you, please bring it with you, as it serves as your entry ticket.
Upon arrival, skip the registration line and proceed directly to the Main Registration Area at the Anaheim Convention Center, located on Level 1 outside Hall B, to pick up your badge holder and lanyard.

- Badges are required for entry to all sessions, the exhibit hall, and ticketed events.

- Food and beverages are available for purchase inside the convention center, with concessions inside the building, food trucks outside, and additional options available at headquarters hotels.

Accessibility Features
- All venues feature accessible main entrances and meeting spaces.
- All-gender restrooms are available at all three venues; locations will be noted in the APTA CSM Events app.
- Elevators are available throughout the Anaheim Convention Center.
Mobility Support
- Due to the size of the venues, walking distances can be significant. Attendees with mobility needs are encouraged to bring their own wheelchair or mobility device.
- Mobility devices are not available for rent on-site; please arrange rentals in advance.
Recommended providers include Cloud of Goods, Scootaround, and other local vendors. Early reservations are strongly encouraged.
Wellness and Medical Services
- A first-aid station will be located in the Anaheim Convention Center; the exact location will be announced in the event app.
- A tranquility room with low lighting and seating will be available at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Lactation and Family Services
- Lactation rooms will be available at the Anaheim Convention Center, Hilton Anaheim, and Anaheim Marriott. Locations will be shared in late January via the event app and online program.
- Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall or session rooms as a safety
- Third-party childcare, babysitting, stroller, and baby supply rental services are available and must be arranged directly by attendees.

Coat check is available on the first floor of the convention center (main lobby).

Exhibit Hall
Nearly 500 companies are ready to meet you in our exhibit hall, which offers daily unopposed hours when no educational sessions are in progress from 9:30-10:30 a.m., noon-2 p.m., and 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Note: Due to safety requirements, children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall.
Exhibit hall vendors may ask to scan your APTA CSM badge for promotional purposes. Your consent gives the vendor access to information provided during registration: your name, company name, mailing address, and email address. If you don't wish to release this information, decline vendor requests to scan your badge. Despite scam emails you may receive suggesting otherwise, APTA doesn't sell or share registrant email lists.

Information on earning and reporting continuing education credit will be shared on-site and after the meeting. Deadlines and instructions will be communicated via email and the event mobile app.
Earn CEUs
Full-conference, in-person attendees can earn up to 1.35 CEUs (13.5 contact hours) by attending onsite sessions. Complimentary access to APTA CSM On Demand allows attendees to earn up to an additional 0.45 CEUs (4.5 contact hours) by completing eligible recorded sessions, for a combined total of up to 1.8 CEUs (18 contact hours). Scan your badge upon entering each in-person session to earn credit; if you switch sessions, only the last session scanned during that time block will count. No additional CEUs may be earned beyond 1.8 CEUs, regardless of the number of On Demand courses completed.
Certificates
In-person attendees at APTA CSM can access their Certificate of Completion and Transcript the day after the conference ends via the registration portal and will receive an email with instructions. CEU certificates and transcripts will not be available in the APTA Learning Center until early June. Preconference CEU certificates will be available the day after preconference sessions conclude. Completion of an assessment in the APTA Learning Center is required to print CEU preconference certificates. Please ensure that you have an active APTA Learning Center account.
APTA CSM On Demand Access
Full registrants get complimentary access to APTA CSM On Demand content, available for 60 days in March and April (0.45 additional CEUs available).
