APTA CSM In-Person Conference Rates

Get full access to educational sessions, networking opportunities, and the exhibit hall. Plus, in-person full registration attendees receive complimentary access to On Demand without the ability to attain additional CEUs.

Registering for APTA CSM in-person enables you to earn up to 1.8 CEUs (18 contact hours/CCUs), with 1.35 CEUs from attending in-person educational sessions and up to 0.45 from participating in On Demand sessions. The number of CEUs/contact hours/CCUs for each educational session is specified on the APTA CSM program website and in the mobile app listings.

Registration Information

Group Registration

When five or more attendees from the same school or workplace register together, they qualify for an exclusive group registration fee. This fee applies to APTA members only and does not include preconference workshops or special event tickets. To receive the group discount, all registrants must be active APTA members, a single point of contact is required, and payment must be made in one transaction (via check or credit card). Guest Registration

A guest registration option is available for those accompanying registered attendees in a social capacity. A guest is defined as someone who is neither an APTA member (nor eligible to be) nor a related professional. Guest registration allows friends or family members of registered attendees to accompany them in the Exhibit Hall and at special events (note: tickets may be required for certain events or receptions). However, guest registration does not grant access to any educational sessions.

Guests cannot register independently; their registration must be tied to a fully registered attendee, who must accompany them at all times. Guest passes are an official badge option for APTA members and related professionals to add to their registration for individuals ineligible for APTA membership. Guest passes are not a substitute for Exhibit Hall-only passes.

Exhibit Hall Only Pass

This pass grants access exclusively to the exhibit hall floor, with no access to program rooms or eligibility for CEU credits. It is available as a one-day pass for members and related professionals who wish to explore the exhibit hall without attending any educational sessions. Passes can be purchased online starting Jan. 15 or onsite during registration hours at APTA CSM.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Deadline and Policy

Cancellation requests for preconference and/or full conference registrations received by Jan. 21, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after Jan. 21, 2026. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the APTA Registration Center.

Substitutions and Name Changes

All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing and are subject to a $50 substitution fee. A letter from the original registrant must accompany the substitution request. Requests should be submitted to the APTA Registration Center.

Note: In case of weather-related flight cancellations, registration will be deferred to APTA CSM On Demand only — no refunds will be issued.
