Thank you for attending the nation’s largest physical therapy conference, Feb. 12-14, 2026, in Anaheim, California.

Rates

Important registration information for members: To receive the member rate, you must be an active member at the time of the meeting. If your membership is approved after you've registered, we regret to inform you that we cannot refund the difference between the member and non-member rates.

We also encourage you to verify that you meet the qualifications for your desired registration category before completing your registration, as category differences are non-refundable. Membership changes may take up to 24 hours to process on our registration platform. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend making any necessary updates well in advance of the registration deadline.

Registration Categories

Group Registration

When five or more attendees from the same school or workplace register together, they qualify for an exclusive group rate. This fee applies to APTA members only and does not include preconference workshops or special event tickets. To receive the group discount, all registrants must be active APTA members, a single point of contact is required, and payment must be made in one transaction (via check or credit card).

Speaker Registration

Speaker registration details are available in the APTA CSM Speaker Center.

The discounted speaker rate applies only to educational session speakers. Complimentary registration for preconference session speakers, platform presenters, and poster presenters will be offered through their respective sections.
