APTA CSM will be held Feb. 4-6, 2027, in Philadelphia, PA.
- Session proposals:
- Open Jan. 14, 2026.
- Close April 15, 2026.
- Platform and poster abstracts:
- Open March 2, 2026.
- Close July 15, 2026.
Session Proposals
- Submission deadline: April 15, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PT)
- As of 2026, all sessions are now 90 minutes.
- Notification date: June 2026

- If you don't receive a notification by early June 2026, contact APTA Event Programming.
- For questions about your session proposal's outcome, reach out to the section's program chair (a contact list is provided in the Session Proposals Criteria and Guidelines).

- Submission deadline: July 15, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PT)
- Notification date: October 2026
