• Watch this video (2:49) to learn how to access conference content, including on-demand sessions, posttests, evaluations, research posters, the APTA Mary McMillan Lecture, the John H.P. Maley Clinical Impact Lectureship Award Panel, and more. Then navigate to the APTA CSM conference platform.
• Most sessions include handouts on the session description pages, but not all speakers provide handouts.
• Attendees have unlimited access to the entire content library from March 6-May 6 only.

Log in using your APTA CSM 2026 Registration ID (not your APTA member number), which can be found in your registration confirmation email and on your conference badge (if you attended in person). If you are still having trouble:

1. Visit the APTA CSM On Demand platform.
2. Select Sign Out from the left navigation menu.
3. Close your internet browser, then reopen it, and go to the browser settings to delete cookies and clear your browsing history or cache.
4. Return to the APTA CSM On Demand platform.
5. Click Sign In on the left menu. If you do not see that option but see Sign Out, you will need to repeat steps 1-4.

Registered attendees can also find their Registration IDs on the APTA CSM Registration page. Click "Login to Begin" to begin using your APTA account. Once logged into the registration system, click "Resend Registration Confirmation" to get your Registration ID.

The number of CEUs you can claim depends on your registration type.

• APTA CSM On Demand with CEUs (only) Attendees can earn up to 1.8 CEUs (18 contact hours) through APTA CSM On Demand.
• APTA CSM in-person full registration. Those who attended the full in-person conference (Feb. 12-Feb.14) can earn an additional 0.45 CEUs (4.5 contact hours) through APTA CSM On Demand.

To receive CEUs for APTA CSM On Demand sessions, all attendees must complete a session evaluation and pass the posttest with a score of 70% or higher.

Once you reach your CEU limit, you can continue to access the full APTA CSM On Demand site content. However, sessions will only be viewable through May 6. Research ePosters, the Mayley Lectureship Panel, and the Mary McMillan Lecture do not have CEUs.

Yes. New this year, if you attended all three days of CSM in person, your registration includes access to APTA CSM On Demand content, allowing you to earn 0.45 CEUs (4.5 contact hours). If you were registered for one or two days only, unfortunately you do not have complimentary access to CSM On Demand.

After viewing the course content, click the blue Evaluate button. (The evaluation is optional, but you must check the box next to "Credit cannot be granted unless you participated in the entire session.") Complete the evaluation, then click submit. Click Return to Online Program on the upper left navigation menu. Select Take Post Test. 

If, after completing your evaluation, the Take Post Test button is not clickable, clear your browser's cookies and cache, then reopen your browser. Navigate to the session description, then click Take Post Test. If the issue remains, contact APTA conferences for assistance.

Note: Posttests are only available to those registered for APTA CSM On Demand with CEUs or APTA CSM in-person full registration packages.

Go to the Review Claimed Credit area of the APTA CSM On Demand platform to access your earned credits. Certificates will not be issued for individual sessions, but you can download a cumulative transcript that lists each session and the date earned, along with an overall conference certificate.

You have until May 6 to access content and complete any posttests for continuing education credit. CEU transcripts will be available for download after the platform closes through June 15. Reminder emails will be sent to attendees; however, please mark your calendar with the deadline, as extensions to access the platform will not be granted after it closes.

If you attended in-person educational sessions during APTA CSM, your attendance and CEUs for the in-person meeting are recorded and can be accessed through the APTA CSM Certificate of Completion/Transcript site. If you need to update your in-person transcript because your badge was not scanned onsite, email Member Success with your name, registration ID, session title, date, and time of the session to add.

Unfortunately, a few on-demand sessions did not fulfill CEU requirements and could not be included. Please select another virtual on-demand session.

After viewing the on demand recording, click the blue Evaluate button on the session page. Through this evaluation you can provide ratings for the session or individual speakers and submit additional feedback.
