Access Your APTA CSM On Demand Certificate

• APTA CSM On Demand CEU credit is accessed through the APTA CSM On Demand platform.
• Certificates are not issued for individual sessions.
• Download a cumulative attendance or CEU transcript listing sessions completed and dates earned.
• Select Attendance Transcript — Download, Credit Transcript —Download, or CEU Certificate — Download to save or print the PDF(s).
• CEU transcripts will be available for download through June 15. 

Note: Posttests were available only to attendees with an APTA CSM On Demand or full in-person registration. Attendees who attended one or two days in person who submitted evaluations can receive a non-CEU attendance transcript.

Need to Access Your CEU Transcript From Anaheim?

If you attended in-person educational sessions during APTA CSM, your attendance and CEUs for the in-person meeting are recorded and can be accessed through the APTA CSM Certificate of Completion/Transcript site. If you need to update your in-person transcript because your badge was not scanned onsite, email Member Success with your name, registration ID, session title, date, and time of the session to add.

• APTA CSM On Demand was available for 60 days from March 6-May 6.
• Over 300 recorded educational sessions were available for viewing.
• Attendees who only attended APTA CSM On Demand could have earned up to 1.8 CEUs (18 contact hours) total.
• Attendees who participated in person could have earned up to 0.45 additional CEUs (three sessions) through APTA CSM On Demand.
