Pickleball — one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S. — is coming to APTA CSM. Take a break between sessions to stay active, connect with fellow attendees, and try something new in a fun, social setting.
Sponsored by Athelas and in collaboration with USA Pickleball, APTA is bringing dedicated courts, equipment, instruction, and free-play opportunities to Anaheim. All experience levels are welcome, from first-time players to seasoned competitors.
What to Expect
APTA CSM will provide everything you need to play, including courts, nets, paddles, balls, and expert instruction. Programming includes:
- Pickleball 101, designed for beginners learning the fundamentals
- Pickleball 201, for players looking to refine and advance their skills
Free-play and King of the Court sessions offer additional opportunities to jump in, play, and connect. Instructional sessions have limited capacity and require preregistration. Free-play sessions are first come, first served.

Location
Pickleball courts will be located in the Arena, attached to Hall A of the Anaheim Convention Center, Level 1.

Thursday, Feb. 12
- 6-7 a.m.: Pickleball 101 (beginner) — max 30 players
- 7-8 a.m.: Pickleball 201 (intermediate) — max 30 players
- 10:30 a.m.-noon: Free play/pickup — no participant limit
- 2-3:30 p.m.: Free play/pickup — no participant limit
- 4:30-5:30 p.m.: Pickleball 101 (beginner) — max 30 players
- 5:30-7:30 p.m.: King of the Court (intermediate/advanced) — no participant limit
Friday, Feb. 13
