Key Deadlines and Requirements for Your Presentation
Stay up to date with important information for your poster presentation at APTA CSM.
Location
APTA CSM in Philadelphia poster sessions will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Posters will be displayed in Exhibit Hall E. Poster presenter check-in is located outside Hall E. Please revisit this page before you travel to Philadelphia in case the location changes.
Date and Time
Poster sessions will be held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Feb. 4-6, from noon to 2 p.m. each day.
Presenter Registration Policies
Presenters must register for APTA CSM. No honoraria, registration, or payment of expenses is provided to poster presenters.
Attending only to present your poster? You may purchase an Exhibit Hall Only pass, available online closer to the conference or onsite in Philadelphia.

Changes to Listed Authors
The primary author should email the APTA Event Program team with the changes needed.
Changes to Author Credentials, Affiliation, or Contact Information
These changes must be made in your APTA profile. If you have trouble updating your profile, contact Member Success.
